Open House Request Form

Sunday Open House requests are due to the Community Office by 5pm on the Thursday prior. Open Houses must be staffed by 1pm and continuously until 4pm. Please consult the Community Office for sign policies. REMEMBER: Please complete this form and get it to the below location the Thursday prior by 5pm:
